MPOWERHUNT Refund policy is very simple, when you are enrolling any of classroom or online courses with us; we make sure you are fully aware of our terms & conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you are purchasing a training course on our website, you are mandated to agree to our Terms & Conditions and refund policy.
Registration & Payment Terms and Conditions Confirmation of Registration:
100% payment is required to confirm your registration; registration will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Mode of payment:
Payments must be made through any payment gateway PayPal, CC avenue using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net-Banking account or Cheque/DD. Please note that all the payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
Taxes:
All the fees will be inclusive of GST, the particular GST amount shall be separately identified on all tax invoices.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Registrations and Discounts are not transferable
- Requests for any refunds of additional discounts will not be entertained.
- NO refund will be made if the program required to cancel and re-schedule due to natural calamities or any other circumstances which are beyond our control. In such case the fees paid towards the program will be adjusted against the future programs.
- Any Refunds will be made through the same payment source was received.
- All refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of written request & refund approved by Mpowerhunt.
Cancellation & Refund for Classroom Training:
All cancellation and refund requests from participant must be received in writing or via email. Cancellation requests will NOT be accepted by telephone. The refunds will be provided as below:
- 100% *refund will be made if the request received 07 Days before the start of the program date.
- NO Refund request will be entertained less than 07 Days to the start of the program date.
*Note: 5% deduction will be made on refunded amount in terms of payment transaction fees and other administrative charges.
Cancellation & Refund: Online Training
All cancellation and refund requests from participant must be received in writing or via email. Cancellation requests will NOT be accepted by telephone. The refunds will be provided as below:
- 100% *refund will be made if the request received 48 Hrs before the start of the program date.
- NO Refund request will be entertained less than 48 Hrs to the start of the program date.
*Note: 5% deduction will be made on refunded amount in terms of payment transaction fees and other administrative charges.
Refund due to cancellation of program:
MPOWERHUNT CONSULTING reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event or program in case of insufficient registrations. Such information will be notified in advance and full refund will made in such inconvenience.
Reschedule request by the participants:
Reschedules requests must be received in writing or via email. Reschedule requests will NOT be accepted by telephone.
- If the reschedule request received 10 Days before the start of the program date; 100% Credit can be possible to a future program/ Event/ workshop, without any extra charges.
- If request received less than 10 days to the program; Additional 10% of total cost will be charged in terms of reschedule.
